trying rightly trying wrongly
trying smoothly trying poorly
trying smartly trying strongly
trying weakly trying surely
sometimes earnest effort fails
sometimes lazy whimsy sails
sometimes stupid notion kills
sometimes lucky blessing thrills
too imperfect still I strive
buzzing thru a chaotic hive
now & then devoid of use
here & there with no excuse
happy if the train can move
scenic here in the caboose
