“A vacation,” he murmured.

He wasn’t a person who took vacations. He took “vacation time” of course -- five weeks of the year, doled out like chocolate, like money to burn. This money could not be invested, could not be grown. Never more than five weeks. He’d always used it for his band tour. Now disbanded.
