Worth reading for the sheer wow of it:

The pell-mell Poetry Foundation nonsense is pitiful and regrettable; but the absurd incident seems but a passing wisp of cloud (or irksome squall), while Lorna Dee's essay itself carries the force and feel of a rushing river.

Also worthy of note: her essay #1 (for aborted Poetry Foundation weeklong gig), with particular pointer to the poem "Shelling the Pecans" (at nether end of Journal entry).
